Mike Handley, Non-Executive Director

Mike brings a successful 40-year record in engineering services to Noveus, having worked for companies such as Mace and Bovis Lend Lease and in sectors as diverse as retail, transport, leisure and residential. Since 1998, he has served as project director on inner city schemes, undertaking both shell and core fit-out operations on a variety of construction management projects, including One New Change in London – a £260m mixed-use development where he was responsible for the setting up and initial siteworks.
Mike also recently directed work on a £183M design and build at BBC Broadcasting House, steering the completion of utility installations, commissioning and handover of Phase 1, which centred on refurbishing the Grade 2 1830s building. Other signature projects Mike has worked on include the £380m Manchester Joint Hospitals PFI and Heathrow Terminal 1 – a £60m extension and redevelopment for a new flight control centre. Mike has also served as a visiting M&E Director for Lloyds of London, Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Waterloo International station.
