About Noveus
Noveus is a leading UK utility infrastructure specialist. We are a high-end consultancy working with companies seeking a more personalised service than that offered by large utility infrastructure providers. With hands-on experience of both the buy and sell side of utility projects, we give you a holistic picture of wht's achieveable and the most effective routes to completion.
Specialised services
We work with data centres, commercial developers and blue-chip companies to deliver optimum solutions across the utility project life cycle, from site finding and acquisition through to feasibility studies, design and management and new connections anywhere in the UK.
We are different in that we focus on a few, specialised capabilities, providing a personalised service that distinguishes us from large consultants and contractor-driven utility companies. We care for our clients’ interests as we would our own, shaping our services around their specific requirements.

We have over 70 years’ collective expertise in utilities. Our main expertise is in the management of large-scale, complex projects including data centres, commercial property developments and other mission and business-critical programmes.
Introduction and History
Noveus has roots stretching back to 1996, when the company Utility Cost Management Limited (UCML) was founded to help business exploit the opportunities presented by the deregulated gas, electricity, telecoms and water markets.
In 2011, after a long standing career in both corporates and smaller consultancies, Tony Dodds established an independent consultancy - Noveus - to provide specialised, bespoke utility solutions to blue chip clients. Today the business, still headed up by Tony delivers solutions to over 100 businesses UK wide.
A New Development
Over the past 12 months many of the long-standing Noveus clients have asked why the business doesn't provide energy procurement services as a natural extension to the connection services, core to the business. In response to both immediate client requirements and the wider market, we can now announce the launch of Noveus Energy, a specialist energy consultancy committed to delivering energy procurement and energy reduction programmes to the businesses we work with.

At Noveus, we work from our offices in central London and Ipswich. We can work with clients on projects across all parts of the UK.
