Noveus has been appointed by 2OC to undertake a feasibility study and to assist with the procurement of a new connection for a 19 MW generation plant in Beckton, East London.
The challenges included co-ordinating with third party land owners, finding the optimum point of connection to the existing network, liaison and technical solutions with third party users and the ownership of private wire networks in public highways.
