Noveus have completed extensive negotiations to yield considerable savings and de-risk the project.
The incumbent DNO costs for the power connection were £540,000 including the route risk in a dual carriageway. The projected overall cost was in excess of £600,000.
Noveus completed detailed route proving and competitively bid the new power network. Risks were quantified and mitigated, costs were reduced to £345,000 and the works secured under a JCT Contract.
