London Substation - This London City development was constrained by the neighbouring properties and this created a number of issues for the Client in terms of getting their power supply upgraded. UKPN wanted a ground level substation, however the Client could not make their development work with losing prime ground floor space. Noveus worked with the Client’s professional team and DNO to reach a solution which was acceptable to all parties. A basement substation was agreed and the Client granted UKPN much improved access and a longer lease.
