Kent Farm – Noveus have just completed a complex and careful negotiation with the DNO that has avoided a considerable contribution to network reinforcement.
Through analysis of the local electricity network we determined that the DNO was starting a reinforcement scheme which our Client would have to pay a proportioned cost towards; through detailed analysis of the Client’s growth plans we confirmed a phased up take of load which kept the business operating but did not trigger reinforcement. Once the DNO had finished their work we secured the full load requirement. Original costs were £160,000 which were reduced to £30,000.
